Parenthood has a way of making your own childhood look rather different. In Sunny Boy, Amsterdam-based Adi Parmar connects his upbringing in North India with becoming a father in the Netherlands. Following an Edinburgh Fringe run, his debut hour arrives at the Funny Amsterdam Festival with stories about family, growing up and the surprises waiting on the other side of both.
